1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
